Motherhood changes everything—including the way we move, feel, and care for ourselves. Moms Who Move was created to support mothers in rebuilding strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies in a way that feels realistic, empowering, and sustainable.
I believe fitness should meet you where you are—whether you’re newly postpartum, juggling busy schedules, or simply ready to prioritize yourself again. My coaching focuses on functional strength, mobility, and mindful movement designed to support everyday motherhood.
Through small group classes and personalized 1:1 coaching (in-person or virtual), Moms Who Move offers a supportive space where moms can build strength without pressure or judgment. Sessions are thoughtfully programmed to help you move safely, feel capable, and grow stronger—both physically and mentally.
